Maine 89, Laval 58
Last season's Rouge et Or stayed within 7 points of the Black Bears in Maine. For the first half of today's game, Laval looked to continue to play with the Bears, down only 7 at halftime at 37-30 however Maine exploded for 52 second half points to pull away and win convincingly. J.F. Beaulieu-Mahieux led Laval with 17 while F.O. Gagnon-Hebert had 15 and Etienne Labrecque finished with 11 points.
