The Lancers came back from an early third quarter 10 point deficit with some tremendous work inside by 6'7" Nigel Johnson-Tyghter to come back to edge the host Varsity Blues. Windsor's constant full court pressure appeared to unnerve the Blues at points as Toronto shot only 27% for the game even with grabbing 24 offensive rebounds (10 by 6'6" Drazen Glizic). 6'8" Nick Snow was in constant foul trouble for Toronto as the athletic Lancer front line led by Johnson-Tyghter and 6'7" Andre Smyth had several second chances at key points in the game.
