Laurier 83, Laurentian 55 The Golden Hawks put on a tremendous defensive display in the first half holding the Vees to just 18 points and 27% shooting overall to grab 24 point lead and cruised to an easy win at home in Waterloo. 6'2" Jesse MacDonald had 19 points while 6'6" freshman Max Allin added 13 for Laurier (3-5) which played their entire bench.
Guelph 95, RMC 64 The Gryphs broke out to a 25 point halftime lead at 56-31 and cruised to an easy win against winless Paladins. 6'4" Jonathan Moscatelli sat out today's game with an ankle injury while 6'4" Jay Mott had all of his 10 points in the first half before not playing in the second as the Gryphs finished the first half at 3-5. 6'6" Matt Howlett had 19 points and fellow freshman 6'2" Drew Morris added 18 for Guelph while 6'2" Gavin Viray-Cox had a nice offensive game for the Paladins.
