The Axemen (2-0 in AUS play) dug their way out of a 19 point halftime deficit with a dramatic one point win over the host Seahawks to sweep the weekend series in St. John's. 6'3" Casey Fox had 21 in the win while 6'6" Alex Traikov added 20 points and 8 rebounds. Acadia went only 3-20 from downtown and again had four players in foul trouble as 6'6" sophomore Justin Boutilier and 6'5" Joe Nwabuzor each fouled out and Fox and 6'5" Andre Grant, limited to 20 minutes, each finished with 4 fouls.
