With thanks to Al Charters... CAPERS played a sluggish first half but played a solid second half to chalk up a victory over the PEI Panthers on Panthers home court tonight (Saturday). CAPERS were led by Ryan Roper who twinkled the twines for 20 pts. several from long distance, Phil Nkrumah with 14 and 7 boards, Tremaine Fraser with 13, Jimmy Dorsey with 11, Scott Jaspers-Fayer with 10, Paris Carter back from an injury with 9, Chris Noddle with 7, Cameron John - Proctor with 6 and Mark McGarrigle with 6 pts from downtown, Lasario (Bones) Burrows with 4, Jon MacDonald with 3 and Al Alilovic with 2 rounded out the CAPER scoring.
PEI were led by Manock Lual with 20 pts, Nick Toews with 18 and Terrance Brown with 15 pts.
