After both teams suffered close losses last night, early energy was the chief concern of both coaches and it was uOttawa, led by 6'4" Josh Gibson-Bascombe (6 points in the quarter), which has more going early. The Gee-Gees used an 8-0 run midway through the quarter to jump to their largest lead at 9. 6'6" Warren Ward already has a breakaway slam off solid Ottawa defensive ball pressure.
