Waterloo 91, Laurentian 70 Jumping out to a 52-29 lead by halftime, the Warriors, playing without injured wing Ben Frisby, rode a 21 point effort from Cam McIntyre to dominate the Vees in Kitchener. McIntyre went 5-7 from downtown and 6'1" Luke Kieswetter was a perfect 3 for 3 part of a 13-21 effort from beyond the arc overall for Waterloo.
Guelph 83, Queen's 57 Jay Mott and Jonathan Moscatelli combined to go 9 for 18 from three point land and the Gryphs built a 22 point lead after 3 quarters to comfortably defeat the host Gaels. Mott finished with 25 points while Moscatelli, breaking a shooting slump, added 20 for Guelph. Mitch Leger had 20 points and 11 rebounds in 36 minutes before fouling out in the fourth quarter for Queen's.
