Victoria (14-10, 13-5) 79, Simon Fraser (10-13, 9-10) 64 The Vikes held the Clan to only 38% shooting and 6'8" Greg Wallis to 11 points on 5-14 shooting plus 10 boards to keep pace with UBC atop the Pacific Division with a win in Burnaby. 6'7" Mitch Gudgeon had 17 points for Vic while 6'6" Tyler Hass added 15 as the Vikes went an effecient 11 for 21 from downtown and pulled away in the second half after leading by 6 at halftime.

UBC (16-4, 14-4) 99, Trinity Western (6-13, 6-13) 90 OVERTIME The T-Birds scored the final 9 points of the extra session to steal a road win from the Spartans in Langley. Both teams had shots to win at the end of regulation but could not convert. 6'6" Brent Malish made 3-4 3's and finished with a team-high 21 points for UBC while 6'6" Kyle Watson added 20. 6'7" Matt Rachar had 14 points and 9 rebounds while UBC's 6'3" star wing Chris Dyck played about 24 minutes and ended with 13 points. Luke Robinson single-handidly kept the Spartans in the game with a game-high 27 points. UBC edges TWU

Calgary (18-5, 14-3) 90, Fraser Valley (9-13, 8-11) 76 6'6" Henry Bekkering had 38 points and 10 rebounds as the Dinos ran away in the second half after leading by only 3 at halftime. 6'8" Ross Bekkering grabbed 12 rebounds for Calgary which helped offset a strong effort from Cascades 6'1" Doug Plumb who had 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists and shot 3 for 6 from downtown.

Lethbridge (2-18, 1-16) 86, Thompson Rivers (3-18, 2-17) 80 The Pronghorns got their first win of the Canada West season, using a game-deciding 35-18 third quarter flurry to top the WolfPack in Southern Alberta. 6'3" Danhue Lawrence had the best game in his young Pronghorn career with 20 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists while Courtney Clausen knocked down 6 of 10 3's to lead Lethbridge. 6'5" Kamar Burke had 19 points and 10 rebounds for TRU but committed 9 turnovers.
