It was only a 4 point game at halftime but Saskatchewan steadily grew their lead in the third and fourth quarters to sweep the weekend and leave Lethbridge winless on the regular season. 6'1" freshman Quinn Van Gaalen led the Horns with 20 points while Shawn Nelson added 17. Touted newcomer Danhue Lawrence from Toronto shot 4-16 to finish with 14 points and 4 rebounds while going 0 for 8 from beyond the arc and was charged with 8 turnovers before fouling out.
