Great Falls led 38-14 at the half and were up as much as 52-19 in the second half.

Great Falls is a member of the NAIA Division I Frontier Conference. They were 8-23 overall last year and return two starters.
U of L shot exceptionally poorly and observers witnessed that the Horns may not have played through not getting the calls when bumped in the act, which seemed to be the style of officiating at both ends. There certainly were no bailouts on weak attempts.
Saturday in Butte, Montana, U of L takes on NAIA Divsion I Frontier Conference member Montana Tech Orediggers. Tech was 8-21 overall last year. It will be the last non-conference tilt for U of L before a Canada West opening doubleheader in Edmonton versus University of Alberta next weekend.
