6'2" Rejean Chabot hit a pair of free throws with less than 4 seconds remaining to lift the Huskies to a dramatic win, one night after getting pounded by 31 points. The Birds had a one point lead with 9 seconds remaining and Moser Award winner 6'2" Josh Whyte going to the line but Whyte missed both free throws and during the ensuing scramble for the rebound off the second miss, Whyte fouled Chabot and the fifth-year guard calmly sank both. 5'11" Jamelle Barrett had 8 of his game-high 34 points in the final 1:11 and 15 overall in the fourth quarter.
