Montana Western 80, Lethbridge 72

Montana Western 80 Lethbridge 72 in Dillon, Montana. 6'3" Julian Spear-Chief Morris went 5-7 from downtown and had a team high 19 to keep the 'Horns close against a squad that reach the Final Eight of the NAIA tournament last season.  Coach Dave Adams went only 7 deep and got strong performances out of 6'9" junior college transfer Abner Kamps (12 points, 7 rebounds, 4 blocked shots) and 6'7" Derek Waldner (18 points).

Montana Western is coming off a big year for their program after capturing the Frontier Conferecne championship last season and reaching 2010 NAIA Division I National Tournament Final Eight.  The Horns split with Montana Western last season and the teams play again tonight at 7 PM MT.
