Laval strengthened their hold on first place and dealt the Gaiters a playoff-possibility blow, going 17 for 37 from 3 as a team at home in Ste. Foy. 6'4" Jerome Turcotte led the way with 20 points and 9 rebounds while 6'3" J.F. Beaulieu-Mahieux and 6'4" Alexandre Prophete each added 18 in the win.
