Interesting to see UNB gets some votes ahead of teams like Acadia, Laurier and others.

How could a 4-4 UNB team that just lost to Memorial, one of the worst teams in the CIS, have been among the other teams receiving votes?
A few voters must have confused te UNB men's team's record and results with their women's team which is one of the stronger teams in the CIS.
So 4-4 UNB (10-12 overall, actually) got 33 votes?
A team that, among its twelve losses, lost twice to PEI and most recently to MUN?
Maybe somebody thought this was a hockey poll.
I'd love to find out who those geniuses were, but I guess it's a secret vote and only Price-Waterhouse knows for sure.
re: UNB .... I don't know maybe the same people who have Toronto at #9 in the CIS ... the same Toronto team UNB lost to by 1 point at Christmas despite the V-Reds not having their top scorer dressed.
