Towson Tour of Eastern Ontario/Quebec starts tonight

Towson Tigers, an NCAA Division 1 program from Maryland which plays in the Colonial Athletic Association, begins their four game tour of games in Canada with a match against a group of Carleton Ravens alumni tonight at the Raven's Nest in Ottawa in an 8 PM start. On Tuesday, Towson will face this coming season's edition of the Ravens and later in the week Towson will tour Quebec to face UQAM and Laval (twice); see full schedule below.

Carleton's alumni team is expected to include: Paul Larmand, Mike Smart, Osvaldo Jeanty, Terry Vilayil, Neal Dawson, Charlie Cattran, Stu Turnbull, Jafeth Maseruka, Rob Saunders, and Josh Poirier.

Towson is coached by former Florida State and DePaul Head Coach Pat Kennedy. Here is a preview of the Tigers tour from their website

Sorry to let Mark's readers down ... I am in Newfoundland on vacation this week. However, before I went out, cisblog.ca did get its football season previews going!
