There are a number of noteable high school tournaments going on coast-to-coast as well as some recent and not so recent CIS news stories that caught my interest. The debate about FIBA rules in the CIS rages on and I'm collecting my thoughts around this combustible debate that I'll share later on.

Howard Tsumura’s story on the HSBC Classic one of the top high school tournaments in BC that featured Robert Sacre, an early commit to Gonzaga and dubbed BC’s best high school baler since Steve Nash.
