CIS Coaches Unhappy with FIBA Rules

A number of CIS coaches have been vocal in their disapproval with the manner in which changes to rules governing the CIS game have been implemented. Is it the rules per se that are the problem or the manner in which the new rules were implemented or both ? Regardless, there are some unhappy CIS coaches as a result. Finally, as many already know, for the first time in the 6 years of OUA East vs. West interlocking play, the East won more interlocking games than the West (36 wins to 28 wins).
