We look forward to seeing the entire piece however in the interim here are a few men's basketball facts that he has highlighted:

- 194-12 (.942) since 2000-01
- 400-218 (.647) entering this season (highest winning percentage since 1970)

- Head Coach Ken Murray will coach in his 1000th overall career game in the new year vs Waterloo (Jan. 6)

Those statistics provide some interesting information.
The numbers pretty much confirm what most OUA observers knew already and that is no OUA team, including the great Windsor/Assumption teams of the 1960's, ever dominated the league like the Ravens have for the past decade.
And no coach has impacted a program to the degree Dave Smart has.
When he assumed the head coaching position in 1999, Carleton was a lifetime sub .500 program after nearly two decades of decline.
Not only did Smart return the Ravens to the glory years of the 60's and 70's, he far exceeded them.
The old Carleton web page used to provide historical information on past Ravens teams, including lifetime coaching records.
Unfortunately, this information was not transferred to the new "Go Ravens" site.
It's too bad most CIS schools do not provide historical information.
This project should be very interesting to read, once completed
